This privacy policy applies to the BibleApp application (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by CodeLeap InfoTech (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

BibleApp is a Bible reading application that lets you browse and read multiple public-domain English translations of the Bible. The Application allows you to:

• Read the Bible across several public-domain English translations (American Standard Version, Bible in Basic English, Geneva Bible, World English Bible, and Young's Literal Translation)
• Browse books, chapters, and verses
• Listen to verses with text-to-speech, including a "Play All" mode for an entire chapter
• Copy verses to your device clipboard for sharing
• Customize the appearance with light, dark, or system theme
• Switch the interface language and the active Bible translation
• Cache downloaded translations locally so they remain available offline

Important: BibleApp does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal information. Your settings (such as theme, language, and selected translation) and cached Bible text are stored locally on your device. The Application does not upload your reading activity, bookmarks, or any personal data to our servers.

The Application does not require registration or login. You can use all features of the Application without providing any personal information. The Bible content you read and your selected preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

The Application may automatically collect limited, anonymized information through third-party services (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) to improve functionality and display advertisements. This information may include:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage analytics (screens viewed, features used)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Advertising identifiers for personalized ads

This data is anonymized and used solely for improving app performance and providing relevant advertisements.

In order to provide Bible text, the Application downloads translation data from a public static-content endpoint hosted by the Service Provider. These requests transmit only the standard technical information (such as your IP address and user-agent) that is required for any HTTP request. No personal account information is sent, because the Application has no accounts. Once a translation has been downloaded, it is cached on your device and can be read without an internet connection.

This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Since the Application does not collect or store your personal information on our servers, there is no user-specific data to delete from our servers. Your settings and cached Bible translations are stored locally on your device and are removed when you clear the Application's data or uninstall the Application. The Service Provider retains automatically collected analytics and crash data for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. The Application is suitable for all ages. The Application does not collect personally identifiable information from any users, including children. Since reading happens locally on the device and no personal data is uploaded to servers, there are no privacy concerns related to children's data collection beyond the anonymized analytics and advertising information described above.

Parents and guardians can safely allow children to use this Application knowing that no account is required and that their reading activity is not tracked or transmitted to third parties.

Your settings and cached Bible content are stored entirely on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. The only data transmitted is (a) the requests made to download Bible translation files from the Service Provider's public static-content endpoint and (b) anonymized analytics and advertising data through third-party services (AdMob, Firebase), which are secured according to their respective privacy policies.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
